Striving to be “Super”

Deborah PettyBy Deborah Petty, CEO, Rackmount Solutions, Inc.

The San Francisco Forty-Niners will face the Baltimore Ravens in the Super Bowl this coming Sunday. And, if history is any indicator, the victorious team will be the one that makes the fewest major errors – fumbles, interceptions, and major penalties.

At Rackmount Solutions, we believe that business is a bit like football as well. Our customers expect us to have the right rack or cabinet, at the right price, delivered at the right time. That’s why we continually measure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries and report through our ISO 9001:2008 quality management program. Our goal is to continually improve our processes, people, and products and limit the errors that can impact our customers’ critical business processes.

We believe we’re on the right track. But, we’re not there yet. Therefore, we hope that you’ll take the time to let us know how we’re doing and how we can improve by filling out the surveys we include with each and every order.

Sunday will be “super” for Niners and Ravens fans. Our goal for 2013 is to make our customers “super” satisfied every day – (not just on Super Bowl Sunday!)
